The Career Changer

Level Best often collaborates with relatively new financial advisors who have prior experience running a business, or building a book of clients. Tax professionals, estate planners, or CFP®s who have left their current firm to launch a new RIA value our expertise, and are ready to hit the ground running quickly.

The Seasoned Solopreneur

Our Operations Assessment package helps solo financial advisors and lifestyle practices put the right systems in place to scale painlessly and serve clients well. They have under $1 million of recurring revenue, or at least 50 households served annually, and have been in business for at least 3 years.

Operations Assessment clients are ready to make a change in their firm and are open to collaborative feedback from our consulting team.

The RIA

Starting with our Operations Assessment package, and moving to our Signature Outsourced Operations Services (Done For You) package, RIAs with a dedicated operations team typically spend 6 months working with our firm. We clarify their goals, develop unique best practices that meet their needs, create scalable systems, implement technology recommendations, and more. Our larger RIA clients generally have up to 25 team members, a dedicated operations professional or team, and at least $5 million of recurring revenue.
