About Charesse

As the founder and principal consultant at Level Best, I’m passionate about helping financial planners take charge of their businesses and level up their operations.

The truth is that financial planners are risk-taking business owners, but are bogged down by operations that aren’t streamlined or built for a scalable firm.

That’s where I come in.

Advisors are consistently giving up the good to go for the great – and I love reimagining different systems and processes that enable my clients to run a powerful operations strategy. Behind the scenes, our team of consultants is available to continue to elevate the Level Best experience for clients and ensure that our work together is easily integrated into your current team’s process.

What's unique about Charesse though, is how she has founded a consulting firm that doesn’t just try to teach financial advisors how to systematize and automate, and instead actually works as an outsourced provider to build and implement those systems… with a goal of working themselves out of a job over 6 to 12 months so the advisory firm can once again run on its own (but now, in a far more streamlined and efficient process).

That’s the professional side of what I do. Now, let’s loosen it up a bit.

I’m currently based in Houston, Texas, and I love traveling to Galveston on the weekends. Since I’m originally from Pittsburgh (go Steelers!), getting to have the gulf so close at hand is a colossal blessing.

When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, reading on the patio, and spending time with family and friends. My husband and I travel often, and I’d pick a beach vacation over pretty much anything else any day of the week (although our recent trip to England may have me searching for European countryside Airbnbs more often in the future).

Why Financial Advisors?

Before venturing out on my own and launching Level Best, I was a planner at a multi-billion dollar firm and served clients across the country, as well as their best practices committee where I was chosen to streamline the firm’s operations.

Now, I continue to serve the financial planning profession through my consulting work at Level Best. I regularly speak at national conferences, host educational webinars, and run tailored workshops to help advisors take charge of their processes.
